This 1 hour session involves a warm-up and cool-down with a series of boxing drills and skills. It will definitely challenge your aerobic stamina.
Boxercise is an excellent aerobic mind body workout which helps to improve your cardiovascular health, increases brain stimulation and a great mental and confidence boost.
This activity will bring more awareness to your body and movement, while improving your coordination. You will gain an appreciation for and have a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses.
