Taking you from awareness to action! Bringing to the fore causes known and unknown, while encouraging you to improve/up your fitness levels! The real action...the cause for the month, is an opportunity to assist organisations in their fundraising efforts, share stories/meet survivors at the picnic...right after the exercise experience (hike and fitness party) exploring and embracing nature.

$25 inclusive of registration, tour guides, fitness party (warm up & cool-down), bottle water and healthier alternative snacks
